Transport to Clinic
There will be a shuttle bus service between the Novotel and the clinic. Saturday morning at 7:00 the first bus will leave for the operating doctors and their staff. There are 3 busses with 20 seats each going till 1pm.
Videos of the event
As far as possible, the presentations will be posted on our website in the videos section about two weeks after the event. This is free of charge for members and registered visitors of the event.
Pictures of the event
A photographer and under social media team will be at the event to create nice memories of the event. We will try to post these on Instagram and our website while the event is still in progress
